The official "Document of Destruction" you will receive after we shred your documents contains the following statement:

Shred Monster LLC., hereby certifies that all material supplied to the company for destruction was transported securely and remained in the possession of Shred Monster personnel at all times. The material was mechanically shredded into an unrecognizable and irretrievable state and will be sent to a recycler for processing. Shred Monster LLC’s receipt of this material does not represent a disclosure or communication of the contents of the material or of identifiable information about any individual within the meaning of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 USC S522a, and is solely for the purpose of destruction of material.
